A: Today is a new moon and tomorrow Mercury goes direct. However, at the moment this new moon is exact, there will be 6 planets plus Chiron retrograde which will set the tone for the month ahead (even though there will be an uptick of forward motion once Mercury shifts gears). Pluto, Saturn, Neptune, Chiron, Jupiter, Uranus, and Mercury are all holding a very particular court at this time. It is tentative, speculative, contemplative, and reflective through the Virgoan lens of harvesting the fruits of your efforts with a penetrating analysis of your progress along the way.
September is typically when the wind kicks up, assisting in the transition between seasons, and inviting a more focused and organized awareness into the mix. It is the time for orderliness and preparation for nestling into the winter to come…but we aren’t quite there yet…
BLESSINGS OF THE CURRENT ASTROLOGY
There is a blessing upon this new moon with an Earth sign trine from both Uranus in Taurus and Pluto in Capricorn. This energy is very supportive for laying the groundwork for new vision and planting seeds for your dreams in the most practical way you can muster. Uranus will bring illuminated insights while Pluto may reveal what is in the way to be cleared for the crystallization of said vision. These two mighty allies within this new moon trinity offer power that roots down (retrograde) before it rises (in the months to come). Watch for Pluto going direct on October 10th as a signifier of this initial rise with even more to come in January of 2024.
The strength of the earthy fertile aspect discussed above is stronger than the allure of temptation from Neptune across the cosmos, opposing this moon. Yet, it is not a time to let your guard down. Neptune generates illusion, presents fantasy, and will test your boundaries by creating confusion. Where you are confused, you are not clear…let this be an indicator of what you will need to change in order to bring your dreams to fruition. Do not let yourself get swept up in the confusion and distract you from your personal mission at this time. You need you, the rest of us need you too. Only you carry the possibility of your heart's clarity and the world will be better if you allow it to breathe.

Questions for you…What does it feel like to observe the current human moment from your inner eyes? When you close your outer eyes can you see even more? Listen to your heartbeat, to your breath, and follow the internal pulse toward that which is calling your attention. What feels more real to you? That which you see, hear, touch, or…? Or that which you know, intuit, feel, and are becoming from within? Right now there is a fine line as the veils begin to thin and reality encompasses a greater spectrum of definition. Let yourself dream a new reality, now is the time…now is the time.
